Promu par la R\u00e9gion Latium et cr\u00e9\u00e9 par Lazio Innova en collaboration avec <a href=\"https:\/\/www.agrocamera.com\">Salle Agro<\/a>, cette initiative, qui a atteint le<strong> troisi\u00e8me \u00e9dition<\/strong>, repr\u00e9sente une opportunit\u00e9 pour les entreprises du secteur agroalimentaire de <strong>cr\u00e9ez et transformez vos id\u00e9es en produits et services innovants<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Le projet est soutenu par les tuteurs des Espaces Actifs de Lazio Innova, en particulier les bureaux de Latina et Bracciano, sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s dans l&#039;agroalimentaire. L&#039;initiative r\u00e9unira \u00e9galement <strong>de nombreux partenaires appartenant au monde de la recherche, des universit\u00e9s et des associations professionnelles<\/strong>.<\/p><p>L\u2019objectif, en fait, est de <strong>promouvoir les processus d&#039;innovation dans les entreprises du secteur agroalimentaire<\/strong> et l&#039;am\u00e9liorer <strong>comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9<\/strong> et le <strong>durabilit\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p><h2>TETHYS s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 pour la troisi\u00e8me \u00e9dition<\/h2><p>La date limite de candidature des entreprises pour le troisi\u00e8me cycle de micro-innovation du Food Innovation Hub a \u00e9t\u00e9 cl\u00f4tur\u00e9e fin 2023. Le 4 mars, par d\u00e9cision du responsable de la proc\u00e9dure, le classement final a \u00e9t\u00e9 approuv\u00e9 : <strong>TETHYS a \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9e parmi les dix micro et petites entreprises qui pr\u00e9senteront des solutions innovantes, en termes de produits et de services, pour les entreprises agroalimentaires de la r\u00e9gion.<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Au<strong> terme<\/strong> de la p\u00e9riode de co-conception, pr\u00e9vue pour <strong>Septembre 2024<\/strong>, deux de ces dix entreprises recevront un prix pour le meilleur produit\/service innovant cr\u00e9\u00e9. Ce chemin, qui se d\u00e9roulera \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du <strong>Laboratoires Espaces Actifs de Bracciano et Latina<\/strong>, sera essentielle pour transformer leurs id\u00e9es innovantes en solutions concr\u00e8tes et applicables aux d\u00e9fis du secteur agroalimentaire du Latium.<\/p><p>Le processus de co-conception vise \u00e0 identifier des solutions pour :<\/p><p><strong>\u2022 Optimiser les processus de transformation et de conservation des aliments :<\/strong> L\u2019objectif est d\u2019augmenter l\u2019efficacit\u00e9, la qualit\u00e9 des produits et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire tout au long de la cha\u00eene de production.<\/p><p><strong>\u2022 Adapter les syst\u00e8mes d\u2019emballage aux nouvelles r\u00e9glementations europ\u00e9ennes :<\/strong> l&#039;accent sera mis sur l&#039;introduction de solutions innovantes telles que des emballages actifs et intelligents, capables de garantir une plus grande s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et une plus grande dur\u00e9e de conservation des produits.<\/p><p><strong>\u2022 Promouvoir la durabilit\u00e9 des processus de production agricole et de transformation des aliments :<\/strong> l\u2019adoption de pratiques \u00e9co-responsables et l\u2019\u00e9conomie circulaire seront au c\u0153ur de cet axe, dans le but de r\u00e9duire l\u2019impact environnemental du secteur.<\/p><p>L\u00e0 <strong>premi\u00e8re phase des travaux<\/strong> a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 le mois dernier et vise \u00e0 <strong>d\u00e9finir les modalit\u00e9s d&#039;adaptation des solutions propos\u00e9es par TETHYS aux besoins d&#039;innovation des entreprises agroalimentaires<\/strong> (conception du produit) et d\u00e9crire ses fonctions sp\u00e9cifiques.<\/p><p>\u00c0 travers la comparaison avec les mentors et tuteurs de l&#039;Espace Actif de Bracciano et d&#039;Agri Camera,<strong> L&#039;\u00e9quipe TETHYS a identifi\u00e9 la cha\u00eene d&#039;approvisionnement de la tomate comme l&#039;une des plus int\u00e9ressantes<\/strong>, compte tenu de l&#039;extr\u00eame sensibilit\u00e9 de la culture au stress hydrique, de d\u00e9velopper un service innovant pour la bonne gestion de l&#039;irrigation par les entreprises agricoles gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la personnalisation du service <a href=\"https:\/\/tethys.farm\/fr\/irrigation-de-precision-de-leau-2\/\">Aqua<\/a>.<\/p><p>Dans le processus de co-conception, les \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 <strong>certaines entreprises du secteur agroalimentaire r\u00e9gional impliqu\u00e9es<\/strong> et en ces jours-ci, on s&#039;attend \u00e0 ce qu&#039;ils <strong>les premi\u00e8res visites de terrain n\u00e9cessaires pour d\u00e9marrer la phase d&#039;exp\u00e9rimentation conjointe pr\u00e9vue par le projet<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>TETHYS a \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 par le Food Innovation Hub, laboratoire d&#039;innovation du secteur agroalimentaire, pour un projet sur la fili\u00e8re tomate.<\/p>","protected":false},"author":18,"featured_media":9811,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[83],"tags":[62,63,79],"class_list":["post-9809","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-agricoltura-di-precisione","tag-agricoltura-di-precisione","tag-precision-farming","tag-tecnologia"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.4 -
