Tout d\u2019abord, la vente de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 produite par les syst\u00e8mes photovolta\u00efques install\u00e9s, facilit\u00e9e par les incitations r\u00e9glementaires pr\u00e9vues, g\u00e9n\u00e8re <strong>des flux de tr\u00e9sorerie suppl\u00e9mentaires par rapport \u00e0 l&#039;activit\u00e9 principale traditionnelle<\/strong>, permettant une augmentation et une diversification appr\u00e9ciables du chiffre d&#039;affaires de l&#039;entreprise.<\/p><p>Dans le m\u00eame temps, l\u2019ombrage partiel des cultures par les panneaux solaires conduit \u00e0 une<strong> r\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts d&#039;irrigation<\/strong>, comme <strong>les plantes sous-jacentes ont un besoin en eau plus faible ce qui \u00e9vite le risque de stress thermique ou de dess\u00e8chement<\/strong>. <\/p><p>Il ne faut pas sous-estimer le <strong>croissance probable des rendements agricoles r\u00e9alisables<\/strong>, en raison de la plus grande r\u00e9sistance des cultures aux facteurs biotiques et abiotiques nocifs, tels que le gel, la s\u00e9cheresse et les parasites. Cela se traduit par un <strong>augmentation significative des marges de l&#039;entreprise<\/strong>. Enfin, l\u2019approche agrivolta\u00efque, sans pour autant soustraire des terres aux activit\u00e9s agricoles, <strong>Multipliez la valeur par les avantages combin\u00e9s de l&#039;\u00e9nergie propre et des produits agricoles<\/strong>.<\/p><h2>Cadre r\u00e9glementaire : la clart\u00e9 est n\u00e9cessaire<\/h2><p>L\u2019\u00e9volution de la l\u00e9gislation agrivolta\u00efque au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es a marqu\u00e9 une avanc\u00e9e significative dans la reconnaissance et la promotion de cette technologie. En particulier, le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mase.gov.it\/comunicati\/energia-pichetto-firma-decreto-su-agrivoltaico-innovativo#:~:text=Il%20Decreto%20punta%20alla%20promozione%20di%20soluzioni%20costruttive,promuovendo%20il%20recupero%20dei%20terreni%20per%20usi%20produttivi.\">D\u00e9cret de d\u00e9cembre 2023<\/a> a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le tr\u00e8s important \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard. Il <strong>introduit des contributions tarifaires sur vingt ans pour les petits syst\u00e8mes agrivolta\u00efques destin\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#039;autoconsommation des entreprises agricoles<\/strong>. Cette mesure, associ\u00e9e \u00e0 la simplification des proc\u00e9dures d\u2019autorisation, vise \u00e0 <strong>faciliter les op\u00e9rateurs des secteurs primaire et photovolta\u00efque dans la mise en \u0153uvre de projets pilotes<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Le cadre r\u00e9glementaire comporte toutefois encore quelques nuances \u00e0 d\u00e9finir. Il est souhaitable <strong>une intervention r\u00e9glementaire qui \u00e9tablit sans \u00e9quivoque les exigences relatives aux syst\u00e8mes agrivolta\u00efques<\/strong>, afin d&#039;acc\u00e9der aux simplifications d&#039;autorisation (PAS). <\/p><p>Le <strong>R\u00e8gles de fonctionnement du GSE<\/strong>, proche de la publication, devrait contribuer \u00e0 <strong>Am\u00e9liorer la clart\u00e9 r\u00e9glementaire pour les projets agrivolta\u00efques avanc\u00e9s<\/strong>. Ces r\u00e8gles d\u00e9finiront une s\u00e9rie de param\u00e8tres et de m\u00e9thodes de calcul, notamment la surface totale du syst\u00e8me agrivolta\u00efque et celle destin\u00e9e aux activit\u00e9s agricoles.
