Cependant, l&#039;entreprise a adopt\u00e9 une strat\u00e9gie de <strong>r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration qualitative<\/strong>Les raisins provenant de rangs couverts sont <strong>combin\u00e9s avec ceux provenant de zones non ombrag\u00e9es<\/strong> pour \u00e9quilibrer les \u00e9ventuelles diff\u00e9rences organoleptiques.<\/p><p>De plus, des tests sont en cours avec <strong>vari\u00e9t\u00e9s les mieux adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 la culture \u00e0 l&#039;ombre<\/strong>, comme Traminer et Primitivo, pour mieux comprendre <strong>le potentiel adaptatif de la vigne<\/strong> dans des conditions de faible luminosit\u00e9. Le projet ne se contente pas de \u00ab tol\u00e9rer \u00bb l&#039;ombrage, mais tente de le transformer en <strong>une opportunit\u00e9 de se diversifier et d&#039;innover<\/strong>.<\/p><h2>Plus de vie dans les vignes<\/h2><p>L\u2019un des effets les plus int\u00e9ressants observ\u00e9s jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent est la <strong>am\u00e9liorer la biodiversit\u00e9<\/strong>.
