Arriv\u00e9 \u00e0 son <strong>troisi\u00e8me \u00e9dition<\/strong>, cette initiative est une <strong>point de rencontre<\/strong> entre entreprises, institutions, universit\u00e9s et associations professionnelles, dans le but de stimuler la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 et la durabilit\u00e9 du secteur agroalimentaire du Latium. Le projet impliquait <strong>centres d&#039;excellence pour la recherche et l&#039;innovation<\/strong>, tuteurs experts et partenaires techniques pour <strong>accompagner les entreprises dans le processus de d\u00e9veloppement<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Le parcours du Food Innovation Lab a inclus une intense<strong> activit\u00e9s de co-conception<\/strong>, visant \u00e0 <strong>transformer les id\u00e9es en services et produits concrets<\/strong>, capable de r\u00e9pondre aux d\u00e9fis du secteur, notamment<strong>optimisation des ressources<\/strong>, le<strong>adoption de pratiques durables<\/strong> et le<strong>conformit\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9glementation europ\u00e9enne<\/strong>.<\/p><h2>Le projet pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par Tethys<\/h2><p>TETHYS a \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 pour participer \u00e0 cette \u00e9dition du Food Innovation Lab gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un <strong>projet innovant ax\u00e9 sur les cultures horticoles<\/strong>, avec une attention particuli\u00e8re \u00e0 la gestion de l\u2019eau. Comme d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9crit dans <a href=\"https:\/\/tethys.farm\/fr\/lavenir-de-lagriculture-de-precision-a-fieragricola-20\/\">une \u00e9tude ant\u00e9rieure<\/a>, le projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 sur un <strong>\u00e9chantillon de parcelle cultiv\u00e9e avec des tomates <\/strong>et, plus tard, sur<strong> une parcelle de terre plant\u00e9e de carottes<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/tethys.farm\/fr\/irrigation-de-precision-de-leau-2\/\">T\u00e9thys Aqua<\/a>, c&#039;\u00e9tait possible <strong>analyser le bilan hydrique quotidien<\/strong> Et <strong>estimer les besoins d&#039;irrigation des cultures<\/strong>. LE&#039;<strong>approche comparative<\/strong> entre les pratiques d&#039;irrigation traditionnelles et les recommandations fournies par TETHYS a mis en \u00e9vidence une <strong>potentiel important d&#039;\u00e9conomie d&#039;eau<\/strong>. De plus, un<strong>Analyse du rendement de la saison 2024<\/strong>, ce qui a confirm\u00e9 la fiabilit\u00e9 des estimations fournies par la plateforme. Ce projet d\u00e9montre non seulement la<strong>efficacit\u00e9 des solutions<\/strong> de TETHYS, mais souligne \u00e9galement <strong>la valeur ajout\u00e9e qu&#039;ils peuvent apporter au secteur agroalimentaire<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Le parcours Food Innovation Lab nous a \u00e9galement permis d&#039;identifier <strong>une demande croissante d&#039;outils d&#039;estimation des rendements au cours de la saison<\/strong>. De Sanctis expliqu\u00e9 <strong>comment cette solution peut aider les exploitations agricoles \u00e0 g\u00e9rer les ressources en eau plus efficacement<\/strong>, r\u00e9duisant les d\u00e9chets et augmentant la durabilit\u00e9 des cultures.<\/p><p>L\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019occasion de <strong>comparaison entre les participants<\/strong>, avec de nombreuses entreprises et professionnels du secteur agroalimentaire pr\u00e9sents pour <strong>discuter des d\u00e9fis et des opportunit\u00e9s li\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#039;innovation<\/strong>.
