Let&#039;s see the key points:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 <strong>New constructions<\/strong>: The <strong>photovoltaic systems<\/strong> must be newly built and have a <strong>power greater than 1 kW<\/strong>. This encourages the adoption of cutting-edge technologies, ensuring that systems are efficient and reliable.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Agricultural area<\/strong>: at least the <strong>70% of total surface area<\/strong> must be intended for the<strong>agricultural activity<\/strong>. This means that <strong>agriculture remains the priority<\/strong>, And<strong> photovoltaic systems integrate harmoniously with existing crops<\/strong>The combined use of land for food and energy production represents a <strong>smart solution to optimize available resources<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Connection estimate<\/strong>: It is necessary to have a quote for connection to the electricity grid. This step is essential <strong>to ensure that the plants are properly integrated into the national energy system<\/strong>. Connecting to the grid allows you to store the energy you produce and contribute to the overall electricity supply. These rules are an integral and substantial part of the decree and represent an important step towards the promotion of agrivoltaics in Italy.<\/p><p><strong>Height of photovoltaic modules<\/strong><\/p><p>The minimum height of the photovoltaic modules is a <strong>crucial element<\/strong>. For livestock activities, the height must be at least 1.3 metres, while <strong>for agricultural activities<\/strong>, <strong>the minimum height is 2.1 meters<\/strong>. This avoids interference with crops and ensures that the systems do not hinder the farmers&#039; work. Careful height planning takes into account the <strong>different agricultural needs<\/strong> and seasonal variations.<\/p><p><strong>Electricity producibility<\/strong><\/p><p>The agrivoltaic system must produce <strong>at least 60% of the energy of a standard photovoltaic system on the same site<\/strong>. This parameter ensures the<strong>energy efficiency<\/strong> and the <strong>return on investment<\/strong>. The choice of modules and their location directly influence electricity production, and farmers must carefully consider these aspects.<\/p><h2>Agrivoltaic bonus 2024<\/h2><p>Starting from <strong>June 4, 2024<\/strong>, it is possible <strong>Apply for the Agrivoltaic Bonus<\/strong>. This incentive covers <strong>up to 40% of eligible investment costs<\/strong> and includes a <strong>incentive tariff for energy fed into the grid<\/strong>.
